About
Who is behind Xaqzevoruli, and how it is paid for
Who is behind Xaqzevoruli? A UK company called Quantum Software Technologies Ltd. This page says what it makes, how it earns money, where your money sits and what to do when something goes wrong.
Mission and method
We want people to understand what they are doing before they trade, not after. The method is simple: say what the software does, say what it cannot do, show the costs and let you check the facts yourself. If a sentence on this site cannot be proved, it should not be here.
That is why the warnings are loud and the promises are few. A site that sells trading software has every reason to sound confident. We would rather sound careful and be believed, because the people who read this page are about to make a decision with their own money.
What the software actually is
Xaqzevoruli is rule-based trading software. You write rules for risk, stops and daily limits, and the software checks every order against them before it goes to a broker. It does not predict markets and it does not use quantum computing, even though our company name contains the word.
Who is behind Xaqzevoruli
Xaqzevoruli is published by Quantum Software Technologies Ltd, company number 14209581, registered at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. You can read the record yourself on Companies House. We have not listed individual names or credentials here, because we would rather show a record you can check than a biography you cannot. The record shows the company's directors and filing history, which tell you more than a profile written by us would. If you want to ask who is responsible for a decision, write to us and we will answer in writing.
Where your money sits
Not with us. Xaqzevoruli does not take deposits, hold client money or move it. Any trading money sits with an executing broker licensed for your country. Before you deposit with any broker, look up its licence on the regulator's own register and read its withdrawal terms.
How we make money
Joining is free and the software costs £0. We are paid by partner brokers: a rebate or a referral fee when someone opens an account through this site.
That is a conflict of interest. It gives us a reason to want you to open an account, so treat our opinions with care. It is also why the risk warning sits at the top of every page and why the review says it is not independent.
What we do not do
- We do not hold, move or manage your money.
- We do not give investment, tax or legal advice.
- We do not promise profits or show results as if they were typical.
- We do not publish customer quotes, ratings or user counts.
- We do not ask for your password, ever.
How we think about trust
Trust is built from things you can test. A company number you can look up. A broker licence you can search. Costs set out in a table. Support hours stated and kept. If you cannot check a claim, assume it is marketing, including ours. Our risk disclosure is written for people who have not decided anything yet.
We also try not to ask for trust we have not earned. You will not find countdown timers, famous faces or claims about other people's results here. What you will find is a short list of facts, a way to check each one and an honest statement of where our interests differ from yours.
When something goes wrong
Tell us. Write to [email protected] and we will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days. If a broker is the problem, we will say so and point you to the broker's own complaints route and its regulator. The contact page has the full steps.
