This policy explains what Xaqzevoruli collects when you use this site or join the list, why, who sees it, how long we keep it and what your rights are.

What we collect

  • From the form: your first name, last name, email address and phone number.
  • Automatically: your IP address and, from our network provider, the country it appears to come from. We also record the page you used, the time you gave consent and which version of the consent wording you saw.
  • Technical data: standard server logs such as browser type and requested pages, used to keep the site running and secure.

We do not collect payment card details, passwords or identity documents on this site.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

We use your details to pass them to the executing broker for your country so it can contact you about an account. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box. We also keep consent records because the law lets us hold data to prove that consent was given. We use server logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure site.

Who sees your data

  • Our customer-management system provider, which stores your details for us.
  • Our hosting and network providers, including Cloudflare, which process traffic for the site.
  • The executing broker for your country, so that it can contact you about an account. It becomes responsible for the data it receives and has its own privacy policy.
  • Authorities, where the law requires it.
  • Professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, under a duty of confidence.

We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact details while you are on the list or until you withdraw consent or ask us to delete them. We keep a consent record, with your IP address stored in hashed form, for up to six years so that we can respond to legal claims. Server logs are kept for a short period.

Transfers abroad

Some of our providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where they do, we rely on safeguards the law recognises, such as approved contract terms.

Your rights

You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, receive a copy, object to its use and withdraw consent at any time. You can also opt out of calls. Email [email protected]. We reply within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office in the United Kingdom or to the data protection authority where you live.

Cookies

The site stores a small amount of data in your browser so that it works. It remembers your cookie choice and a short flag used by the page transition. These are essential and do not identify you.

If you press Accept analytics, we load Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. If you press Essential only, or ignore the dialog, analytics does not load. There are no advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer.

Security

The site uses TLS 1.3 to encrypt data in transit and we limit who can reach stored details. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach puts your rights at risk, we will tell you and the regulator as the law requires.

Calls and emails

If you give your phone number, we or the broker may call you about an account. Tell us on the first call, or write to [email protected], and we will stop. We send no marketing emails beyond what you agreed to, and there is no separate marketing box on our form.

Accuracy of what you give us

Please give details that are correct and your own. If your details change, tell us so we can keep our records right. Entering someone else's details without their knowledge is not allowed.

Automated decisions

We do not use your personal data to make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not build profiles of you for advertising.

If you do not give your details

Giving your details is optional, but without them we cannot register your interest or have the broker contact you. You can withdraw consent at any time, and withdrawing does not affect anything we did lawfully before.

Children

This site is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the consent version when the meaning changes. The current version is shown in the form. If a change affects how we use your details, we will tell you before it applies to you, and you may withdraw consent if you do not agree with it.
