Who we are

This site is operated by Quantum Software Technologies Ltd, company number 14209581, 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. In these terms, we, us and Xaqzevoruli mean that company.

What this site is

Xaqzevoruli is rule-based trading software and a marketing affiliate. The site introduces you to executing brokers. We are not a broker, a bank or an investment adviser, and we do not hold client money.

Not advice

Everything on this site is general information. It is not investment, tax or legal advice and not a recommendation to trade. You decide for yourself whether to trade and are responsible for your decisions.

Eligibility and availability

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Availability depends on where you are. Access is restricted in some countries and the list may change. Where trading is offered, it is only through an executing broker licensed for your country. If we cannot offer you the service, you will not be able to reach the site or join the list. Do not use tools to hide your location.

Brokers

Any account you open is with an executing broker under that broker's own terms. The broker we currently list is IG Markets Limited for the United Kingdom, and we list no other. We are not a party to that agreement and are not responsible for the broker's acts. Check its licence on its regulator's register before you deposit.

Costs

Registering your interest is free and the software is priced at £0. Brokers and payment providers charge their own fees. An account needs a deposit from $250 AUD (or £250 GBP / €250 EUR / $250 CAD / $250 NZD / $250 SGD). It is your money and it is at risk.

How we are paid

Partner brokers may pay us rebates or referral fees. We state this on every page and explain it on our About page.

Using the site

Do not misuse the site. In particular, do not try to break or probe its security, send automated or false submissions, copy it to impersonate us or use our name on another domain. Our official domain is xaqzevoruli.io. Anything else, on any extension, is not us.

Our content

The text, design and software on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may read and print pages for personal use. You may not copy them for another site or product.

Simulations and tools

Calculators, charts and simulations are educational, illustrative, not live data and not a prediction. We do not promise they are free of error.

Our responsibility to you

We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for trading losses, for the acts of brokers or for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our breach. The site is provided as it is and may be unavailable from time to time.

Accounts and login

If an account area is available, keep your login details private. We will never ask for your password by email, phone or message. Tell us at once if you think someone else has your details. We may suspend access if we reasonably suspect misuse.

Early access

Early-access features may change, pause or end without notice. Nothing on the site is a promise that a feature, a broker or a date will exist.

Links to other sites

Links to third-party sites are for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they say or do.

Changes

We may change these terms and the site. The version on this page is the one that applies when you use it. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the site and may ask us to remove your details from the list at any time.

If part of these terms does not apply

If a court finds that part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still do so later.

Whole agreement

Please keep a copy of these terms if you want to rely on them later.These terms, the risk disclosure and the privacy policy are everything that applies between you and us for use of this site. Nothing said by anyone outside the site changes them.

Law and complaints
