Xaqzevoruli support answers questions about the site, registration and your data. We cannot give investment advice and we cannot see or move money, because we do not hold any.

Email [email protected]. Support is open 24 hours a day, Monday to Friday (UK time). Messages sent outside those hours are answered when we reopen. We do not offer support on social media or messaging apps, so ignore anyone who contacts you there in our name. When you write, tell us which page you were on and what you expected to happen. Never include a password, card number or identity document number in an email, because we will never need them.

Complaints

Write to [email protected] with your name, the email you used and what went wrong. We acknowledge every complaint within 2 working days, tell you who is looking at it and give you an outcome in writing. If a broker is involved, we will point you to its own complaints process and its regulator. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may take the matter to the relevant ombudsman or regulator where you live, and we will tell you which one applies when we reply.

Report a fake website or fraud

Our official domain is xaqzevoruli.io. If a site, advert or message uses our name on any other address, send the full web address, a screenshot and the date to [email protected]. If you have lost money, contact your bank straight away and report it to your national fraud or police reporting service. We cannot recover money sent to a scammer, but a quick report to your bank sometimes helps, and a report to us lets us ask for the copy to be taken down.
